Author Guidelines & Conference FAQ

Everything you need to know about abstract submissions, oral/poster presentations, accreditation, and delegate attendance.

Abstract Specifications

  • Word count strictly between 250 - 500 words.
  • Structure: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
  • Formats accepted: MS Word (.doc/.docx) or PDF.
  • Include 4 to 6 relevant medical MeSH keywords.

Oral Presentations

  • 20-minute slot (15 min talk + 5 min live Q&A).
  • 16:9 Widescreen slide format required.
  • Submit final slide deck 48 hours prior to desk.
  • Speaker rehearsal room available on-site.

Poster Guidelines

  • Dimensions: Standard A0 Portrait (84.1 x 118.9 cm).
  • Dedicated mounting pins and boards provided.
  • Author presence mandatory during evaluation rounds.
  • High-resolution digital PDF backup required.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive peer-review acceptance notification for my abstract?

Our scientific peer-review committee completes evaluations within 3 to 5 business days from submission date. Formal acceptance letters are emailed immediately with registration instructions.

Can international attendees request official Visa Invitation Letters?

Yes. Once your registration pass or accepted abstract is confirmed, our secretariat desk issues an official signed Visa Support & Invitation Letter for consular processing.

Is virtual / remote participation eligible for CME / CPD credits?

Yes, registered virtual delegates receive full interactive streaming access and will receive accredited CME/CPD digital certificates upon attending mandatory track hours.

Will accepted abstracts be indexed in indexed international journals?

All approved and presented conference abstracts will be assigned a unique DOI and published in the special conference proceeding volume with open-access indexing.
