1. Abstract Preparation & Formatting
Authors submitting original research, clinical case reviews, or evidence-based practice frameworks must strictly adhere to the following manuscript criteria:
- Word Count: The body of the abstract must strictly stay within 250 – 500 words[cite: 1].
- Title: Provide a concise, clear title avoiding unnecessary acronyms[cite: 1].
- Authors & Affiliations: Clearly list the lead presenter (with asterisk *) and all co-authors along with their respective universities, hospitals, or research institutions[cite: 1].
- Structured Headings: Submissions should include Background, Methods, Results, and Clinical Conclusion.
- File Types Accepted: Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx) or PDF (.pdf)[cite: 1].
Presenter Biography Requirement: A concise biography of the presenting author must be submitted in standard paragraph format (no bullet points) and must not exceed 100 words[cite: 1].
2. Oral Presentation Specifications
Invited keynote speakers and accepted oral presenters should prepare their visual materials based on podium standards:
- Duration: Each regular podium talk is allocated 20 minutes (15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes live Q&A).
- Slide Format: Standard 16:9 widescreen layout in Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) or Keynote.
- Submission Deadline: Final decks must be uploaded via the speaker portal or handed over to the on-site Speaker Ready Room at least 4 hours prior to the session.
- Media Embeds: High-resolution videos and animations should be embedded directly within the presentation file.
3. Poster Display Standards
Poster presenters will be provided dedicated exhibition display panels in the conference main foyer:
- Dimensions: Standard A0 Portrait format (84.1 cm wide x 118.9 cm high).
- Typography & Visuals: Ensure graphs, statistical tables, and fonts are easily readable from a 1.5-meter distance.
- Author Attendance: The presenting author must be present by their board during designated poster evaluation rounds.
- Mounting Supplies: Pins and adhesive fasteners are supplied by the conference secretariat.
